At Snöå Bruk we are committed to providing you with a culinary experience consisting primarily of locally grown and produced seasonal ingredients.
We can offer both traditional menus and dishes but also slightly more exotic game menus and other mouthwatering options for your group bookings.
We also have a unique opportunity to serve fresh Italian ice cream (Gelato), for larger groups of guests where you select
the flavour of your choice.
